Starting From Scratch (With Fear, Doubt, and a Whole Lot of Google Tabs)

When I first decided to build an online business, I honestly thought I was just one course, one funnel, or one strategy away from finally “making it.”

I had the vision.
I had the drive.
And I had so many tabs open. 😅

But what I didn’t have?
A clear direction.
A support system.
And the belief that I could actually pull this off.

What I had instead was fear.
Fear of failing.
Fear of being seen.
Fear of messing up in front of everyone—or worse—no one noticing at all.

💭 I second-guessed every post.

I questioned every offer.
And I kept thinking… “Who am I to do this?”

But you know what I’ve learned?

✨ Everyone starts scared.
✨ Everyone feels like an imposter at some point.
✨ Everyone thinks about quitting more than they care to admit.

What matters most is that you keep showing up anyway.
Not perfectly. Not loudly. Just honestly.

I still get things wrong.

I still forget links.
I still overthink my captions, my graphics, my strategy...

But now?
I also give myself grace.
I pause instead of panic.
And I remind myself: this is mine—I get to build it my way.
